We currently ship within Canada and to the contiguous United States. We are proud to serve over 50,000 customers with our 230+ kinds of products, ensuring each parcel reaches you with care.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
- Please note that order processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time detailed below.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view the tracking information. For any questions about a shipment in transit, please use the tracking number with the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date information.
5. Shipping Address & Accuracy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
- We ship to the address provided during the checkout process. We are not liable for parcels shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- For security, we cannot redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched by our warehouse. If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately at tarrydre@canaantileandbathroom.com or +1 437 9948188, and we will attempt to intercept the order with the carrier. Additional fees may apply.
6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, global health crises, customs delays, or carrier service interruptions (“Force Majeure” events) may cause delays. Canaan Tile and Bathroom Inc. is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such delays. We will communicate proactively with affected customers if significant, widespread delays occur.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For customers shipping to the United States:
- All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
- Canaan Tile and Bathroom Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
8. Undeliverable Packages & Returns
- If a carrier deems a package undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed at a pickup point, refusal to pay duties), it will be returned to us.
- Upon receipt of the returned package, we will contact you. A refund for the product cost (less original shipping and any return shipping/handling fees incurred by us) will be issued, or we can arrange a re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit Packages
- Damaged Packages: Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note this with the carrier upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tarrydre@canaantileandbathroom.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period beyond the delivery estimate, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either ship a replacement at no cost (subject to stock) or issue a full refund.
